Thank you so much for taking the time to learn about Adams Mortgage Company. In 1988, Auer Mortgage was formed by previous owners. Growing rapidly, it quickly became a force in the Colorado Springs mortgage market. In 1995, the company grew from a "mortgage broker" to a "mortgage banker". Put simply it means they were able to underwrite and close loans using their own funds. No more waiting on outside lenders to make a decision.
